The PS5 came out last week, joined by several high-profile titles that let you test out on the new system now. For now, if you're downloading games with multiple versions, especially Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, you should make sure you're downloading the right game to play when the download is complete. While the actual cause of the problem isn't due to a bug, it does highlight some potential issues with the PS5. While some PS5 owners have seen this issue cleared up by way of a factory reset, it's hardly a viable long-term solution for everyone. Deleting the PS4 version is easy enough from the PS5, but there's an issue currently plaguing some users who cannot download the PS5 version if they have the PS4 version installed. Unfortunately, that’s not all there is to this problem for those unlucky enough to download the wrong version.
